Franca’s is a mobile wood-fired pizza catering and pop-up business serving St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area. Our organic, naturally leavened pizzas are influenced by the legendary pies of Rome and Naples. Our special blend of organic grains are transformed through a long and meticulous natural fermentation process—an essential part of our catering and special event menus.
We pair local organic farm ingredients with high quality imports from Italy to make delicious healthy foods that will leave you feeling good.
Our rustic and hearty pizzas are complemented with sourdough focaccia, tahini hummus, and vegetable-forward Mediterranean fare with an overall emphasis on authentic, high-quality, and seasonal ingredients.
